Write a personal essay of 500–700 words describing your educational goals, career aspirations, and how this scholarship will help you achieve them. Attach your essay as a separate document (Word, PDF, or plain text) with your email submission — do not paste it into the body of the email.

Describe your community service, volunteer work, extracurricular activities, clubs, and leadership roles. Include organization names, your role, and approximate dates.

Renewal applicants must also include current official transcripts and proof of continued enrollment with this submission.
